The worst internet, lies about speed and then when I tried to cancel they will not let you cancel online for issues of speed but I could cancel bc I was ā€œmovingā€ this obviously to make it harder to cancel service. Even when I try to call every time it said it was after hours even though it was 4pm. I would never use century link, I would rather use my cell phone hot spot.

After being a customer for 23 years, we moved houses and upgraded our service. Service went out within weeks and they refused to send a repair technician for over a week, so we cancelled. Over an hour on the phone, five different people, none could help. Extremely frustrating, never use them again!
