Worst customer service at the Enid OK office I've ever received in my 70 years of dealing with all types of businesses. I was hoping after it changed from Suddenlink it would get better. It got WAY worse. caveat emptor (buyer beware)

Suddenlink is a terrible ISP. Their internet speed is terrible slow and they admitted to there being an issue in the main line but refuse to fix it. Their excuse is their line technicians are too busy. This has been going on for over 5 months. My advice stay far away from them.
