The biggest scam business in the industry. Prices are continuously being increased and service is degraded. I went from $183/month with 1000Mb internet service plus TV, to $198/month with only 400 Mb Internet service with the same TV package. WOW! This is the company that advertises that the majority of their customers get more bandwidth than they pay for. They are a monopoly in my area. It's time for some intense governmental regulation.

I love the speed that I get from Comcast. There is no way to beat it in our area. I don't love that I have to jump through hoops every year after they raise my bill. It's also really hard to get a service tech to show up. The last time took me a week of phone calls and broken promises. I hope that Comcast would change some of their policies and find a better way to schedule their appointments. They offer a good product- but there is much room for improvement.
