Moreno Valley Residential Internet Coverage

The growing suburban city of Moreno Valley is served by quite a few local and national internet service providers. Fiber internet is growing in popularity, with many networks expanding service to California cities.

First up is Frontier. Those in any of Moreno Valley_s major neighborhoods have access to high-speed service via Frontier. DSL is also provided by Frontier Communications to all of Moreno Valley.

Both DSL and fiber internet are offered by AT&T, although the AT&T network is somewhat smaller than the Frontier network. Coverage is offered north of Moreno Valley Freeway, in areas like Belvedere Heights, Reche Canyon, and Ironwood Avenue.

I started Spectrum at $35/mos, then one year later they inceased to $50 then a year later they increased to $65 then a few months later they sent me a letter saying they will increase to $75 on my birthday... I was upset and I quit them they offer me $40/mos to keep me but because of the letter they sent me, I went to different provider. .... for the functionality it is much slower than what is on the add. I mostly got 5-10mbps on the promise of 100Mbps and waiting for response is not satisfied.

Worst service ever, constantly lagging or even disconnecting. When you call it gets better for a couple of days and then it starts again. They do this because of the monopoly of address servicing. Hidden fees all the time and price increases constantly.

Overall an “ok” internet. Been using this for probably 8 years in this area. It is fairly inconsistent and just like other reviews, when you call to get it serviced they do tend to disregard what you say and say “Oh this model is old we’ll replace it for you.” It’s almost as if they are scripted to say that. They take advantage of me because there isn’t other options in my area for internet. If you can get better internet, I highly recommend you try a different provider if you are on your internet for a good amount of time. Some options may be more pricey, but I think it would probably be better than this.
